Introduction

The SINETIC iSBX-TS3000-12XXU series has been upgraded to the latest Intel® 12th Gen Alder Lake-U Core™ i3/i5/i7 platforms, delivering significantly enhanced performance and efficiency. The iSBX-TS3000-12XXU is a newly released fanless industrial Vision Box PC powered by the Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processor, purpose-built for machine vision and industrial networking applications that demand high computing power and reliable connectivity.

Designed with extensive I/O capabilities, the system features 5× Gigabit LAN ports (4× with PoE support), 4× USB 3.1 ports, 2× USB 2.0 ports, 1× RS232, and 1× RS485. An optional 32× GPIO configuration (TBOX-3D30D model) further enhances flexibility for customized industrial control applications. The wide-range 9-36V DC power input, combined with over-current, over-voltage, and reverse-polarity protection, ensures stable and secure operation in demanding industrial environments.

Built with a fully sealed, fanless enclosure, the iSBX-TS3000-12XXU effectively prevents dust intrusion while ensuring reliable long-term operation. Its rugged design makes it ideal for continuous use in harsh environments, including intelligent transportation systems, machine vision inspection, medical equipment, textile machinery, rail transit, and industrial automation.
