Introduction

The SRW-680MZ73LM11200W SINETIC Dual AMD Processor Server Platform leverages the powerful SP5 socket, which has reached its pinnacle form with 5th Generation AMD EPYC™ processors. The same successful platform shared by AMD EPYC™ 9004 and 8004 series processors is also used for the latest AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processors. With support for up to 192 cores, higher frequencies, and increased cache, this high-performance platform is designed for general-purpose computing, cloud-native workloads, and technical computing applications.

Building on the advantages of the EPYC™ 9004 series, the new EPYC™ 9005 series adopts the 3nm process technology with AMD “Zen 5” and “Zen 5c” core architecture, delivering improvements in performance, energy efficiency, and cost optimization. The SRW-680MZ73LM11200W SINETIC Dual AMD Processor Server Platform integrates this advanced architecture to provide scalable, high-performance infrastructure for enterprise, virtualization, AI workloads, and modern data center environments.
